Sec. 2153.357. CRIMINAL OFFENSE; OBTAINING A LICENSE BY FRAUD. (a) A person commits an offense if the person knowingly obtains or attempts to obtain a license by fraud, misrepresentation, or subterfuge.
(b) An offense under this section is a felony of the second degree.
