Texas Occupations Code § 2302.151 License Expiration

Sec. 2302.151. LICENSE EXPIRATION. (a) A license issued under this chapter expires on the first anniversary of the date of issuance.

(b) A person whose license has expired may not engage in the activities that require a license until the license has been renewed under this subchapter.
