Texas Occupations Code § 2306.004 Exemptions From Certain Other Laws

Sec. 2306.004. EXEMPTIONS FROM CERTAIN OTHER LAWS. Marketing, selling, offering for sale, issuing, making, proposing to make, and administering a vehicle protection product are exempt from:

(1) Chapter 1304;

(2) the Insurance Code and other laws of this state regulating the business of insurance; and

(3) Chapter 722, Transportation Code.
