Sec. 401.253. RULES REGARDING USE OF PRIVATE INVESTIGATOR.
(a) For purposes of Section 51.252, the commission must adopt rules to prescribe guidelines concerning the categories of complaints under this chapter that require the use of a private investigator and the procedures for the department to obtain the services of a private investigator.
