Texas Occupations Code § 402.551 Amount Of Administrative Penalty

Sec. 402.551. AMOUNT OF ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTY. (a) Repealed by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 838 , Sec. 1.222(106), eff. September 1, 2015.

(b) The amount of an administrative penalty imposed for a violation of this chapter or a rule adopted or order issued under this chapter may not exceed $250 plus costs for the first violation and $1,000 plus costs for each subsequent violation.
