Texas Occupations Code § 453.105 Employees; Division Of Responsibilities

Sec. 453.105. EMPLOYEES; DIVISION OF RESPONSIBILITIES. (a) The board may request the executive council to assign administrative and clerical employees as necessary to carry out the board's functions.

(b) The board shall develop and implement policies that clearly define the respective responsibilities of the board and the staff of the executive council.
