Texas Occupations Code § 455.057 Continuing Education

Sec. 455.057. CONTINUING EDUCATION. The executive commissioner shall provide for the recognition, preparation, or administration of continuing education programs for persons licensed under this chapter. A licensed person must participate in the programs to the extent required by the executive commissioner to keep the person's license.
