Texas Occupations Code § 603.452 Criminal Penalty

Sec. 603.452. CRIMINAL PENALTY. (a) A person commits an offense if the person knowingly violates Section 603.251 or 603.354.

(b) An offense under this section is a Class B misdemeanor.
