Texas Occupations Code § 604.351 General Criminal Penalty

Sec. 604.351. GENERAL CRIMINAL PENALTY. (a) A person commits an offense if the person knowingly violates Section 604.101 or 604.102.

(b) An offense under this section is a Class B misdemeanor.
