Texas Occupations Code § 701.451 Criminal Penalty

Sec. 701.451. CRIMINAL PENALTY. (a) A person commits an offense if the person knowingly violates Section 701.251.

(b) A person commits an offense if the person violates Section 701.353(a).

(c) An offense under this section is a Class B misdemeanor.
