Texas Occupations Code § 801.155 Payment Of Administrative Costs

Sec. 801.155. PAYMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE COSTS. Costs incurred by the board in administrating this chapter, including the compensation and expenses of board members and employees, may be paid only from fees collected under this chapter.
