Texas Parks And Wildlife Code § 22.102 Powers Of Department

Sec. 22.102. POWERS OF DEPARTMENT. The department may rehabilitate, maintain, and preserve the property of the park, and may collect entrance fees for admission to the park or operate it on a concession basis under the provisions of this code.
