Texas Parks And Wildlife Code § 22.202 Dedicated Land

Sec. 22.202. DEDICATED LAND. All land within the Matagorda Island State Park and Wildlife Management Area on June 1, 1979, and all land included within the park and management area after that date are dedicated for park and wildlife management area purposes.
