Texas Parks And Wildlife Code § 43.030 Penalty

Sec. 43.030. PENALTY. A person who violates Section 43.022, a commission rule, or the conditions of a permit issued under this subchapter commits an offense that is a Class C Parks and Wildlife Code misdemeanor.
