Texas Property Code § 141.009 Receipt For Custodial Property

Sec. 141.009. RECEIPT FOR CUSTODIAL PROPERTY. A written acknowledgment of delivery by a custodian constitutes a sufficient receipt and discharge for custodial property transferred to the custodian under this chapter.
