Texas Property Code § 161.002 Decree Or Governing Instrument Controls

Sec. 161.002. DECREE OR GOVERNING INSTRUMENT CONTROLS. The authority granted in this chapter is subject to contrary or limiting provisions in the instrument or court order appointing the fiduciary of the securities or in a subsequent court order.
