Texas Special District Local Laws Code § 1025.060 District Administrator; Assistant Administrator

Sec. 1025.060. DISTRICT ADMINISTRATOR; ASSISTANT ADMINISTRATOR. (a) The board shall appoint a qualified person as district administrator.

(b) Repealed by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 87, Sec. 21.009(b), eff. September 1, 2009.

(c) The district administrator serves at the will of the board and is entitled to the compensation determined by the board.
