Texas Special District Local Laws Code § 1056.001 Definitions

Sec. 1056.001. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter:

(1) "Board" means the board of hospital managers of the district.

(2) "District" means the Martin County Hospital District.

(3) "Manager" means a member of the board.
