Texas Special District Local Laws Code § 1060.051 Board Election; Term

Sec. 1060.051. BOARD ELECTION; TERM. (a) The board consists of five directors elected from the district at large.

(b) Directors serve staggered two-year terms unless four-year terms are established under Section 285.081, Health and Safety Code.
