Texas Special District Local Laws Code § 1062.053 Qualifications For Office

Sec. 1062.053. QUALIFICATIONS FOR OFFICE. (a) To be qualified for election to the board, a person must be:

(1) a district resident; and

(2) a qualified voter.

(b) A district employee may not serve as a director.
