Texas Special District Local Laws Code § 1066.053 Qualifications For Office

Sec. 1066.053. QUALIFICATIONS FOR OFFICE. To be eligible to be a candidate for or to serve as a director, a person must be:

(1) a district resident; and

(2) a qualified voter.
