Texas Special District Local Laws Code § 1067.103 Management, Control, And Administration

Sec. 1067.103. MANAGEMENT, CONTROL, AND ADMINISTRATION. The board shall manage, control, and administer the hospital, the hospital system, and the district's business, money, and resources.
