Texas Special District Local Laws Code § 1073.103 Management, Control, And Administration

Sec. 1073.103. MANAGEMENT, CONTROL, AND ADMINISTRATION. The board shall manage, control, and administer:

(1) the hospital and hospital system; and

(2) the district's business, money, and resources.
