Texas Special District Local Laws Code § 1079.052 Qualifications For Office

Sec. 1079.052. QUALIFICATIONS FOR OFFICE. To be eligible to be a candidate for or to serve as a director, a person must be:

(1) a resident of the district; and

(2) a qualified voter.
