Texas Special District Local Laws Code § 1081.102 Restriction On Political Subdivision Taxation And Debt

Sec. 1081.102. RESTRICTION ON POLITICAL SUBDIVISION TAXATION AND DEBT. A political subdivision located within the district may not impose a tax or issue bonds or other obligations for hospital purposes or to provide medical care for the district's inhabitants.
