Texas Special District Local Laws Code § 1086.006 Restriction On State Financial Assistance

Sec. 1086.006. RESTRICTION ON STATE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. The legislature may not make a direct appropriation for the construction, maintenance, or improvement of a district facility.
