Texas Special District Local Laws Code § 1093.101 District Responsibility

Sec. 1093.101. DISTRICT RESPONSIBILITY. The district has full responsibility for:

(1) providing medical and hospital care for the district's needy residents; and

(2) operating all hospital facilities for providing medical and hospital care for the district's needy inhabitants.
