Texas Special District Local Laws Code § 11003.001 Definitions

Sec. 11003.001. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter:

(1) "Board" means the board of directors of the district.

(2) "City" means the city of Matador.

(3) "City council" means the city council of the city.

(4) "Director" means a member of the board appointed by the city council.

(5) "District" means the Matador Water District.
