Texas Special District Local Laws Code § 1105.054 Qualifications For Office

Sec. 1105.054. QUALIFICATIONS FOR OFFICE. A person must at the time of election or appointment as director be:

(1) registered to vote in the district; and

(2) at least 18 years of age.
