Texas Special District Local Laws Code § 1109.052 Qualifications For Office

Sec. 1109.052. QUALIFICATIONS FOR OFFICE. (a) To serve as a manager, a person must be a resident and qualified voter of the district.

(b) A district employee may not serve as a manager.
