Texas Special District Local Laws Code § 1109.204 Execution Of General Obligation Bonds

Sec. 1109.204. EXECUTION OF GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS. (a) The county judge of Tyler County shall execute the general obligation bonds in the district's name.

(b) The county clerk of Tyler County shall countersign the bonds.
