Texas Special District Local Laws Code § 1111.054 Qualifications For Office

Sec. 1111.054. QUALIFICATIONS FOR OFFICE. A person may not serve as a manager unless the person is:

(1) a resident of the district; and

(2) at least 18 years of age.
