Texas Special District Local Laws Code § 1115.102 Restriction On Political Subdivision Taxation And Debt

Sec. 1115.102. RESTRICTION ON POLITICAL SUBDIVISION TAXATION AND DEBT. A political subdivision located wholly or partly within the district may not impose a tax or issue bonds or other obligations for hospital purposes or to provide medical care for district residents.
