Texas Special District Local Laws Code § 1118.061 Recruitment And Retention Of Medical Staff And Professional Personnel

Sec. 1118.061. RECRUITMENT AND RETENTION OF MEDICAL STAFF AND PROFESSIONAL PERSONNEL. The board may, consistent with applicable federal and state laws, recruit and retain physicians, nurses, technicians, and other professional personnel through:

(1) scholarship programs;

(2) agreements for future services;

(3) shared personnel;

(4) bonuses; and

(5) any other method the board determines necessary.
