Texas Special District Local Laws Code § 3806.052 Appointment Of Directors

Sec. 3806.052. APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTORS. The mayor and members of the governing body of the City of Houston shall appoint directors from persons recommended by the board who meet the requirements of Subchapter D, Chapter 375, Local Government Code.
