Texas Special District Local Laws Code § 3809.156 Utility Property Exempt From Assessments And Impact Fees

Sec. 3809.156. UTILITY PROPERTY EXEMPT FROM ASSESSMENTS AND IMPACT FEES. The district may not impose an assessment or impact fee on the property of a person that provides to the public gas, electricity, telephone, sewage, or water service.
