Texas Special District Local Laws Code § 3810.103 Agreements, Donations, Grants, And Loans

Sec. 3810.103. AGREEMENTS, DONATIONS, GRANTS, AND LOANS. (a) The district may enter into an agreement with or accept a donation, grant, or loan from any person.

(b) The implementation of a project is a governmental function or service for purposes of Chapter 791, Government Code.
