Sec. 3811.104. ANNEXATION. In addition to the authority to annex territory under Subchapter C, Chapter 375, Local Government Code, the district has the authority to annex territory located in a reinvestment zone created by the City of Houston under Chapter 311, Tax Code, if the city's governing body consents to the annexation.
