Texas Special District Local Laws Code § 3812.008 Liberal Construction Of Chapter

Sec. 3812.008. LIBERAL CONSTRUCTION OF CHAPTER. This chapter shall be liberally construed in conformity with the findings and purposes stated in this chapter.
