Texas Special District Local Laws Code § 3818.251 Applicability Of Other Law; Exception

Sec. 3818.251. APPLICABILITY OF OTHER LAW; EXCEPTION. Subchapter M, Chapter 375, Local Government Code, applies to the district except that in determining the percentage of surface area under Section 375.262(2), Local Government Code, other public areas and other property exempt from assessment under Sections 375.161, 375.163, and 375.164 are not excluded.
