Texas Special District Local Laws Code § 3819.158 Municipality Not Required To Pay District Obligations

Sec. 3819.158. MUNICIPALITY NOT REQUIRED TO PAY DISTRICT OBLIGATIONS. Except as provided by Section 375.263, Local Government Code, a municipality is not required to pay a bond, note, or other obligation of the district.
