Texas Special District Local Laws Code § 3821.104 Law Enforcement Services

Sec. 3821.104. LAW ENFORCEMENT SERVICES. To protect the public interest, the district may contract with Midland County or the City of Midland to provide law enforcement services in the district for a fee.
