Texas Special District Local Laws Code § 3824.159 Tax And Assessment Abatements

Sec. 3824.159. TAX AND ASSESSMENT ABATEMENTS. Without further authorization or other procedural requirement, the district may grant, consistent with Chapter 312, Tax Code, an abatement for a tax or assessment owed to the district.
