Texas Special District Local Laws Code § 3831.054 Qualifications

Sec. 3831.054. QUALIFICATIONS. A director:

(1) must be a registered voter of the City of Temple; and

(2) may not:

(A) be an elected official; or

(B) be employed by the district or the City of Temple.
