Texas Special District Local Laws Code § 3862.001 Definitions

Sec. 3862.001. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter:

(1) "Board" means the district's board of directors.

(2) "City" means the City of Laredo, Texas.

(3) "Director" means a board member.

(4) "District" means the Central Laredo Municipal Management District.
