Texas Special District Local Laws Code § 3872.109 Authority To Contract For Law Enforcement

Sec. 3872.109. AUTHORITY TO CONTRACT FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT. To protect the public interest, the district may contract with a qualified party, including Chambers County or the City of Baytown, for the provision of law enforcement services in the district for a fee.
