Texas Special District Local Laws Code § 3883.108 Strategic Partnership Agreement

Sec. 3883.108. STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT. The district may negotiate and enter into a written strategic partnership with the City of Houston pursuant to Section 43.0751, Local Government Code.
