Texas Special District Local Laws Code § 3895.058 Initial Directors

Sec. 3895.058. INITIAL DIRECTORS. (a) The initial board consists of the following directors:

(1)__________________________________;

(2)__________________________________;

(3)__________________________________;

(4)__________________________________; and

(5)__________________________________.

(b) Of the initial directors, the terms of directors appointed for positions 1 and 2 expire June 1, 2013, and the terms of directors appointed for positions 3 through 5 expire June 1, 2015.

(c) This section expires September 1, 2015.
