Texas Special District Local Laws Code § 3898.152 Money Used For Improvements Or Services

Sec. 3898.152. MONEY USED FOR IMPROVEMENTS OR SERVICES. The district may acquire, construct, finance, operate, or maintain an improvement project or service authorized under this chapter or Chapter 375, Local Government Code, using any money available to the district.
