Texas Special District Local Laws Code § 3900.055 Initial Directors

Sec. 3900.055. INITIAL DIRECTORS. (a) Not later than September 1, 2012, the governing body of the city shall appoint the initial board.

(b) Of the initial directors, the terms of two directors expire May 31, 2013, and the terms of three directors expire May 31, 2015.

(c) This section expires September 1, 2013.
